Delivery Times

  • United States: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
  • International: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days for most destinations.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping Options and Costs

A flat shipping fee of $9.90 applies to all orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed by our system immediately upon placement and are sent directly to our warehouse for preparation. Because our processing begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or intercepted once placed. This includes cancellations, changes to shipping addresses, product selections, or order quantities.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment 7 days a week, including holidays.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team at support@myliebeauty.co within 10 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order directly on the USPS website using the tracking number provided.
